About XCALIPR

The capability for in-line characterization of carrier transport properties is a critical need in advanced semiconductor process development and process control. XCALIPR Corporation was founded in 2020 to commercialize a new optical pump-probe technique ideal for the precise, non-contact characterization of carrier transport properties. XCALIPR is now developing a manual-load 300mm platform for introduction to semiconductor laboratories.
